Change your payment details

Only the Admin (main account holder) can change payment details.

  1. Sign into your SpeechKit account

  2. Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'

  1. Go to the 'Billing' section

  2. Select 'Change'

  1. Enter your new card details then select 'Save'

View your invoices

  1. Sign into your SpeechKit account

  2. Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'

  3. Go to the 'Billing' section

  4. Scroll down to 'Invoices' for an overview

FAQs

When will I be charged?

Your payment method will be charged on the date that your paid plan begins and every calendar month or year thereafter, depending whether you're on a monthly or annual plan. (If your paid plan begins on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, payment will be taken on the previous available date in any shorter billing months.)


What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, the system will repeat attempts to take payment. If unsuccessful after one week, your subscription will be cancelled.
