Invite teammates

Invite other people to collaborate on your SpeechKit projects.

The account holder (Admin) can invite teammates to collaborate with them on SpeechKit. Members have their own logins and the same permissions, except they cannot update payment details.

  1. Sign into your SpeechKit account

  2. Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'

  1. Go to the 'Members' section

  2. Select 'Invite new members'

  1. Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to invite (this will be the email address they sign in with)
  1. Select 'Send invite'

We will send an email invite to the email address provided. The member's status will be classed as 'Pending'.

To become a member, the recipient will need to click the link within the email and follow the instructions.

How do I remove a member?
  1. Sign into your SpeechKit account

  2. Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'

  3. Go to the 'Members' section

  4. Select '⋮' next to the member you would like to remove

  5. Select 'Remove'


How do I update a member's details?

If you need to edit a member's details, it's best to remove the member and then re-invite them.
